Pickguard is modern 11 Hole, fits most US/MIM post 2002, on others the holes may not align with existing holes and may require some fitting.
It is completely pre wired, the only thing left to solder is the Hot (white wire) and Ground (black wire) to your output jack and the Ground (second black wire) to the bridge claw.
Switch positions are
5 - Neck
4 - Neck & Middle
3 - Middle
2 - Middle & Bridge
1 - Bridge
Controls are Master Volume - Tone 1 Neck & Middle - Tone 2 Bridge
