The pickguards protective film was removed, it will have minor scratches, this is impossible to capture in pictures due to the reflective nature of the pickguard. Foil was added to the back of the pickup area and is connected to the main foil via a folded tab.
 
Pickguard is modern 11 Hole, fits most US/MIM post 2002, on others the holes may not align with existing holes and may require some fitting.
It is fully prewired, the only thing left to solder is the Hot( white wire) and Ground (black wire) to your output jack and the Ground (second black wire) to the bridge claw.
 
Switch positions are
5 - Neck
4 - Neck & Middle
3 - Middle
2 - Middle & Bridge
1 - Bridge
Controls are Master Volume - Tone 1 Neck only - Tone 2 Middle & Bridge
